Introducing Coinrule's Referral Program

Referred Customer Discount: All customers referred through the program are eligible for a 25% discount on their first payment. Coinrule reserves the right to amend or withdraw this discount at any time.

Commission Structure: As a participant, you will earn a 25% commission on any referred annual plan subscriptions and a 20% commission on any referred monthly subscriptions for the duration of the customer's active subscription.

Payout Criteria: The minimum payout is $25, to be processed via Paypal.

Promotion to Affiliate Program: Participants who successfully refer 10 paying customers will be elevated to the Coinrule's Affiliate Program, offering enhanced benefits.

Payout Schedule: Commissions will be processed 45 days after the end of each month to minimize potential fraud and align with our refund policy.

Suspicion of Fraud: Coinrule reserves the right to withhold commission payouts if a referral is determined to be suspicious or potentially fraudulent.

Removal from Program: Coinrule retains the discretion to remove any participant from the Referral Program.

Advertising Restrictions: The use of Google Ads for promoting Coinrule is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the program.

Tax Obligations: Affiliates are individually responsible for all tax obligations or other payments arising from their participation in the program. Compliance with the tax laws of the affiliate's respective country is mandatory.

Ethical Communication: Affiliates must provide accurate and unbiased information when promoting Coinrule's products. Misconduct or misrepresentation may result in removal from the program.

Intellectual Property: Affiliates are permitted to use Coinrule’s trademarks and logos strictly for the purposes of promoting our services in accordance with our guidelines. Unauthorized or inappropriate use of Coinrule's intellectual property may result in removal from the program.

Limitation of Liability: Coinrule shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with an affiliate's participation in the program.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with UK law.

Program Termination: Coinrule reserves the right to terminate the Referral Program at any time. In such cases, participants will be notified and due commissions will be paid out accordingly.

Non-Exclusive Agreement: Participation in the Coinrule Referral Program does not constitute an exclusive agreement. The affiliate is free to promote other services, and Coinrule retains the right to contract with other affiliates.

Changes to the Program: Coinrule reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this program, at its discretion, at any time in the future.

Data Privacy: All data collected within the Coinrule Referral Program will be processed in accordance with Coinrule's Privacy Policy.
